Switch to electronic service vouchers
From 2025 onwards, the use of paper service vouchers will no longer be possible.
It will be mandatory to use electronic service vouchers.
Below you will find a simple step-by-step plan to make the switch. Feel free to contact your branch, they can guide you through the transition.

for switching to electronic service vouchers
Ready to make the switch? Great, follow the steps below.
- Go to the Service Vouchers portal. Click here to go directly to the right page.
- Login. Log in with itsme or with your ID card and card reader.
- Account Settings. Click on ‘Account’ at the top and then on ‘Settings’.
- Choose Electronic Vouchers. Select the ‘Electronic’ option under the available types of service vouchers.
- Save. Press ‘Save’.
- Congratulations! You now have electronic service vouchers.

Important:
Don’t forget to provide your new Pluxee number to your branch. This can easily be done by clicking here.
